This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 04, 2008:
An ideal, like freedom. rarely attained and even then.....
Influence transcends even the smallest of details......almost as if it were somehow rooting for independence,or something like it.
And for those moments when a taste of independence lingers,a shadow,a life can be spent trying to recapture the essence again.
A chasing of the dragon in truly mythic proportions.
short answer.....feet and a heart

lovely, just lovely Bridget..
even when chasing the dragon you manage to add a sprinkle of poetry
.. & that goes for feet & heart as well.. & you are lovely too.. tara <3
“I believe it is necessary to be independant to fully acknowledge & responsibly
utilise our interdependence not to risk slithering down that slippery slope
towards co-dependence & dependency. Ultimately it is a matter of
co-existence or no-existence”
You said this and it resonated so much with me.
Hoping that a change of position from time to time as well as foot wear enables me to navigate away from the slippery slope,or navigate out when I find myself someplace that just doesn't feel like me.
I'm freckled and a little pink after an afternoon in the sun,the children fast asleep, and me getting ready for the night shift.
