How can we stay connected?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 15, 2008:
Well following the prompts of my computer I am finally connected again.
Frustration is like a wall. Stops me from advancing, activates this internal dialogue that for all intents and purposes bites!
A deep breath,a little walk outside and once the feeling has dissapated it's like there is no wall and the prompts are easier to hear and follow.
My son was talking to his dad about this little girl he likes, and how she smiles and laughs and they sometimes hug and run.
Life is full of these hints that frustration shields and drowns out with internal dialogue.
As simple as a smile,a tear a hug,a forgotten choice, an application archived in a place so obvious, that once I started to breathe normally, filling my lungs holding for a bit then exhaling, what seems obscure becomes so very obvious.

yes, it took me many years to discover this brreath I always had.
you go girlfriend! you'll be a macbabe wizzard in a flash with this kinda attitude ;-)
here's a nice bit of breathing should the wall happen to resurface .. <3
that is so sweet about the lilttle girl who likes to smile and run.
This Mac babe is breathing better each day,and Jenni the sweetness in this life is truly delicious…dessert for the soul
